Working with Lisa Kalous was the highlight of my condo-purchase experience. Lisa is extremely knowledgable and works hard for her clients. She understands both ends of the buying and selling experience and is able to be creative, flexible and thoughtful in her recommendations, saving her clients time and money. Lisa also has extensive experience with renovation and rehabs, so she has an eye for what's possible, but is also extremely grounded about budget, timing and client demands. She was the best partner I could have asked for in my first home-buying experience, and plan to use her again one day in the future. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone, particularly those busy-professionals or parents who need someone who is responsive, smart and savvy.
